Ben Freeman

The BMF in BMF! I am the Heating Projects Director. Since leaving school I worked alongside my dad Michael Freeman, the founder of BMF, as an apprentice Gas & Heating Engineer and maintenance engineer. From an early age Dad always encouraged me to pay attention to the detail, and really understand how things work. I soon realised I had a natural talent for all things practical and applied my skills to other heating avenues.

I am a qualified Gas Engineer , Hetas confirmed solid fuel and wood burning engineer (course passed with credit!), Plumbing & Heating engineer (G3 + Water regulations 1999 + Energy Efficiency for domestic heating)  and last but not least A Trained Exhausto Fan engineer. I have also trained other engineers to get through their gas, water and heating qualifications. I now specify all heating work and run the teams of Plumbers, Hetas and Gas Safe installers to carry out your installations. I will be your first port of call for any heating related queries and will ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Now a time served engineer and director I like to devote most of my spare time to my new family. The rest I like to spend in the mud competing in Enduros.

Paul Freeman

I am the Bathroom Projects Director. I spent many years as a child and teenager working alongside our father and was encouraged to develop my practical skills - even if, in the early days, it just meant building a boat out of 2 pieces of wood (at age 5!) Since leaving school I worked with our father, undertaking general plumbing and bathroom installations, before going off to university, where I studied for my print management degree and worked within the print and design industry for a number of years.

However, I realised I could use my design skills and previous practical experience to good use so I became co-owner of BMF before we opened our first showroom in 2004, and I developed the bathroom element of the business. On a weekend I can be found racing around a motor circuit or waist deep in the mud.

Sam Freeman

I am the financial director. I left school and worked within the Insurance industry until the birth of my daughter in 2001. After a couple of years I returned to work as a financial administrator for a nationwide childcare company. I have developed strong skills in customer service, financial management and tea making.

In my spare time I enjoy my roller-disco dance exercise and spending time with my lovely daughter.
