Terms and Conditions for BMF Limited
Your order
Please check your order carefully and ensure all details are correct and that we have clearly understood the products and services requested. If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order (including any applicable specification)
Payment and Deposits
Product supply only: A deposit of 50% is due on product orders with the balance due upon collection or prior to despatch and acceptance of products.
With BMF Limited fitting service: A £250 deposit is due to secure your booking. Full payment for your products is due 14 days prior to the agreed commencement of works date. Your final invoice will be issued upon completion of works and is due within 7 days of invoice date.
Any queries in relation to invoices must be raised within 5 days of issue otherwise the full amount of the invoice will be payable.
Accepting goods
Product supply only: BMF Limited can not accept any claim for shortages or damages once the goods have been collected and accepted. Please ensure all goods are checked by yourself upon collection / delivery and any damages or shortages reported immediately.
With BMF Limited fitting service: BMF Limited will check all products prior to fitting and arrange any replacement of faulty/ damaged goods.
Wood & Fuel Deliveries.
Where deliveries are stated as door to door this translates to a suitable location close to or onto your property depending upon access.
Deliveries are carried out by a third party courier service. Any specific requirements to be stated at time of contact with the courier service.
Fitting Service:
Any changes to the original works agreed will be charged accordingly and included on your final invoice.
Cancellation of orders/ Returns
Fitting service:
14 days or more prior to commencement of works: £250 deposit forfeited
Within 14 days of commencement of works: £250 works deposit and 50% product deposit forfeited.
Supply of goods:
Products can be returned in their original unopened packaging subject to BMF Limited retaining your 50% deposit. If alternative goods are requested BMF Limited will only retain 20% of your original order value to cover restocking costs and your new order will be subject to deposit outlined above. BMF Limited can not accept return of goods once the packaging is opened unless the item is damaged / faulty and reported within 24hrs from delivery / collection (online trading terms apply).
Guarantees
BMF Limited labour is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated / agreed. BMF LTD cannot guarantee any works, materials or fitting not supplied or installed by us.
